A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes – margiela’s fairytale
when you’re fast asleep
in dreams you lose your heartaches
whatever you wish for, you keep
have faith in your dreams and someday
your rainbow will come smiling through
no matter how your heart is grieving
if you keep on believing
the dream that you wish will come true

pierre le-tan / ivan terestchenko – objets trouvés
while zoning on my favorite blogs i naturally ended on the great one from the non the less great photographer ivan terestchenko. there was this post about illustrator pierre le-tan. since i grew up in paris, his illustrations were all around. i decided to post some of them but was really disappointed about what i found on the net (and i’m not talking about the dumb sun-tanning google ads when you hit pierre le-tan…). what is nice is the fact that i found an amazing website called designers books. they features pics of rare and out of print books… out those was “objets trouvés” which is a collaboration between the illustrator and the photographer mentioned above. never been able to check the inside before and as one can think when those two are involved, it’s great! by pp.
N*ABCDE MAGAZINE – olivier theyskens
before a magazine was n*abcde magazine but that was back in the early 2000’s. olivier theyskens curated issue is charming to look at in retrospective. the design of the actual magazine feels actually a bit dated now but still love the flicks on the top right and the feels. just a meddley of some random nice pages. by pp.
matthew heller – poems
every memory i have of you, blink blink nothing, heartbeat, i can finally see your face, your eyes are my sunrise. love matthew heller! by pp.
mike mills – fireworks
always loved mike mills work. i, sometimes, don’t dig the over simplicity or his work but it might be a matter of generation. no matter of generation here, just love it!

riccardo tisci – a magazine – curated by
came across this nice issue of the wonderful “a magazine”. the guest editor in chief was givenchy’s riccardo tisci and the aesthetic is a little dark but the overall piece is really beautiful. feels really refreshing to have a magazine that is not $50, not filled with crap ads and totally editorial free… that was released some years ago so there is very little chance to buy it anywhere but that is not the only purpose of things, right? by pp’
